NOTICE is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 28th day of July 1982, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 28th day of July 1982, passed an extraordinary resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at 240 Palmerston Street, Westport, on the 11th day of August 1982, at 4 p.m.

Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.
Appointment of liquidator.
Notification of inspection if thought fit.

NOTICE is hereby given that International Shoe Machine Co. (Great Britain) Ltd. has now ceased its operation and intends on the expiration of 3 months after the first publication of this notice to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand. The operations of the company are now being conducted by its Australian subsidiary International Shoe Machine Corporation of Australia Pty. Ltd.
