Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of McCulloch Menzies, Chartered Accountants, 120 Queen Street East, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 25th day of August 1982, at 4.30 o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
The books and papers of the company and of the liquidator shall remain in the custody of McCulloch Menzies, Chartered Accountants, Hastings.
Every creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)
The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Seabury Holdings Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of July 1982, the Bank appointed Donald Ross Green and John Russell Forsythe, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Barr, Burgess and Stewart, Chartered Accountants, Civic Centre, The Square, Palmerston North, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of September 1976. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the companyβs undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
