Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for local purpose (Sounds Foreshore), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and Section 17, Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act, 1955.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 15 September 1981, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 12 November 1981, No. 134, pages 3138 to 3141, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Dated at Blenheim this 29th day of June 1982.
