Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further sets apart the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (road) reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Manukau City Council in trust for those purposes.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for recreation purposes.
