Land Acquired for the Purposes of Recreation and Community Development in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to and together with the right of drainage over Lot 88 created by Transfer 46684, and Order in Council 254 as to building line conditions for the purposes of recreation and community development and shall vest in The Wellington City Council on the 29th day of July 1982.
