PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau City Council to reclaim 5 areas comprising of 120 square metres, 345 square metres, 10 square metres, 265 square metres and 560 square metres, totalling 1300 square metres, more or less, of Auckland Harbour Board Endowment Land from Pahurehure Inlet, Manukau Harbour, as shown on plan MD 16106 (S.O. 55979) deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

PURSUANT to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (West Coast Regional Planning Scheme—Section 1) Order 1982.
   (2) This order shall come into force on 26 July 1982.

2. Section 1 of West Coast Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section 1 of the West Coast Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the West Coast United Council in 1981, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference number WES 20 is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of Section 1 of West Coast Regional Planning Scheme—Section 1 of the West Coast Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on 26 July 1982.
