In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette 1 July 1982, No. 72, page 2015, for the name of "Punui" given for the Survey District described in the Schedule, read "Punit" which name appears in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY
11.5436 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Block V, Pohue Survey District. All G.N. 397345.2. As shown on plan U20/4, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plan 6031.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 20th day of July 1982.

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OHINEMURI COUNTY
7.2665 hectares, more or less, being Sections 7 and 14, Block VIII, Ohinemuri Survey District. Section 19, Reserves and Other Lands Disposals Act 1958, as shown on plan T12/14, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plan 44976.)
