Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rodney County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Rodney County Council in trust for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of Drummond Domain Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Drummond Domain Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Drummond Domain Board.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to Section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Vincent County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
