Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block IV, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Franklin County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Franklin County Council on the 22nd day of July 1982.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Incorporated in Block IX, Norsewood Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Dannevirke County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the said stopped road now known as Section 48, Block IX, Norsewood Survey District, shall be incorporated in Renewable Lease No. 192 recorded in certificate of title 76/183 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Alexander Duncan Stratford of Tataroma, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 178185, 255977, and 341565.2, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

ALL that part of road containing 1183 square metres, situated in Block IX, Norsewood Survey District, adjoining or passing through Section 22; as shown marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 8175, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in Block XVI, Apiti Survey District, Pohangina County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 25 (j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Pohangina County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 215, folio 163:

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948:

(c) Declares the land described in the Forth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the said land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 215, folio 163.
