("the company"), hereby gives you notice that on the 9th day of July 1982, under the powers contained in the said debenture, it appointed Robert Ian Thompson and Graham William Valentine, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets (including the uncalled and unissued capital if any) of the company. The office of the said receivers and managers is at the offices of Messrs Barr, Burgess and Stewart, Chartered Accountants, 170-186 Featherston Street, Wellington (P.O. Box 243).

Please note that the above $500 limitation on branch personnel does not apply with regards to freighting arrangements.

If you have an outstanding order or intend to make future orders for goods or services to be supplied to you by the above companies, please note that any goods which have yet to be delivered to you can only be delivered under a new contract between you and the receivers and managers upon the understanding that payment will be made by you for such supplies.

Goods despatched to you under the new contract with the receivers and managers must be paid for in full and may not be used to set off against any debt due to you by the companies prior to the date of receivership.

Please open a new account in the name of "The Receivers and Managers" in respect of all goods or services supplied after 25th June 1982.

I am at present enquiring into the affairs of the companies and I would be grateful, therefore, if you would give details of any claim which you might have against the companies.
