State Forest Land Set Apart as a Recreation Area—Mount Thomas Recreation Area—Canterbury Conservancy
Pursuant to section 63A of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation area for the purpose of public recreation.

2.3307 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 40290, situated in Block XIII Mount Thomas Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 224, as shown on plan S67/22.
4238.6772 hectares, more or less, being Rural Sections 41497, 41510, and 41411 (formerly Reserves 3271, 4404 and 4388, part Reserve 3272 and part Lot 14, D.P. 1515), situated in Blocks VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XIII, XIV Mount Thomas, XV, XVI Upper Ashley, and I, Mairaki Survey Districts. Commerce Act 1975
Notice is hereby given that by decision No. 68 dated 12 July 1982 the Commerce Commission resolved:
(1) To dispense with an inquiry pursuant to section 41 of the Act.

(2) To approve the collective pricing agreement whereby the trading bank members of the New Zealand Bankers' Association agree on a fee for agency services performed by one member for another member in respect of the acceptance, negotiation or collection of a bill, demand order, etc., being the practice referred to in section 3A (dated October 1981) of the Booklet of the Association.
A copy of the full text of the decision is available for inspection at the Commission's offices, Sixth Floor, Chase-NBA House, 163 The Terrace, Wellington, copies may be purchased on application to the Commission, P.O. Box 10273.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Manawatu Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Manawatu Licensing Committee, on 18 June 1982, made an order for authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Andrews Tavern, Dannevirke.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock on the morning of New Year's Day.
