Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block V, Haparapara Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of February 1982, published in Gazette, 18 February 1982, No. 18, at page 524; declaring road stopped and amalgamated in Block V, Haparapara Survey District, Opotiki County, by omitting the words “and declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1A/1474” and substituting the words “and declares that the stopped road now known as Section 5, Block V, Haparapara Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1A/1474”.
