70.7 Charges

70.7.1 Owner's risk: All rates specified between clauses 70.7.2 and 70.10.2 inclusive are at "limited carrier's risk" and will be reduced by two percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at "owner's risk".

70.7.2 Small lots rate schedule: Small lots goods carried between Picton and Wellington shall be charged as follows:

70.7.3 Minimum charge: Goods in quantities exceeding 250 kilograms deadweight or 0.250 cubic metres measurement shall be subject to a minimum charge as for 250 kilograms or 0.250 cubic metres at the rates prescribed in clause 70.7.2.
