  1. PETROLEUM PRODUCTS IN RAIL TANK WAGONS

54.1 Charges
The charges for the conveyance of petroleum products in Uc, Uca and Mcp tank wagons, shall be as follows:

54.2 Owner’s risk
The foregoing rates are at “limited carrier’s risk” and will be reduced by 2 percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at “owner’s risk”.

54.3 Minimum wagon load
All tank wagons are to be loaded to their full carrying capacity.

54.4 Empty haulage
With the exception of shunting charges to or from private sidings (where applicable), no charge shall be made for hauling empty tank wagons.

54.5 Loading and unloading
All tank wagons are to be loaded and unloaded by the owners.
