of YARRALLS MODERN DRAPERY LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 30 Alfred Street,
Blenheim, and carrying on business as general drapers:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
Tuesday, the 9th day of March 1982, presented to the said
Court by JEWEL QUILTING LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Wanganui; and the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Blenheim on Monday, the 19th day of July 1982, at 2
o’clock in the afternoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of that petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 22nd day of June 1982, presented to the said Court by
HAMBR0 STRUCTURES (N.Z.) LIMITED; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Dunedin, on the 28th day of July 1982, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or to oppose the making of an order

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it
under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and exercise of
all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve
to borrow the sum of two million, one hundred and forty
thousand dollars ($2,140,000) as a special loan to be known
as Drainage Loan No. 109, 1982, $2,140,000 for the purposes
of and incidental to the construction of the priority one works
of the Meola Creek improvements involving culverting of
719 metres.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 17 May
1982 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said
authority held on 21 June 1982 having meantime been
advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 22 May 1982 and
on 12 June 1982.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed in the presence of:

under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and in exercise of
all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve
to borrow the sum of two million, two hundred and ninety five
thousand dollars ($2,295,000) as a special loan to be known as
Transport Loan No. 13, 1982, $2,295,000 for the purposes of
and incidental to the financing of the authority’s bus replace-
ment programme.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 26 April
1982 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said
authority held on 21 June 1982 having meantime been
advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 22 May 1982 and
on 12 June 1982.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed in the presence of:
