PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation
and river control purposes and shall vest in The Southland
Catchment Board on the 8th day of July 1982.

agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold
estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held
from the Crown by David James Rumney of Waiorongomai
near Te Aroha, share milker, under and by virtue of Lease
No. F.74 recorded in register book, Volume 1074, folio 59,
South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby acquired for soil
conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in
the Crown on the 8th day of July 1982.

to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the

Crown by Margaret Lydia Burgess, of Te Aroha, widow, and
David Lawrence Burgess, of Te Aroha, farmer, under and
by virtue of deferred payment licences Nos. 18C/1102 and
23D/327, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken
for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall
vest in the Crown on the 8th day of July 1982.
