Redefinition of Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve for recreation purposes, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 February 1982, No. 12, page 380, and described in the First Schedule hereto, has been redefined and is now described as shown in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CITY

1316 square metres, more or less, being part Reserve 8 (Market Reserve), Town of Wellington, situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 347/180. S.O. Plan 18165.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CITY

1316 square metres, more or less, being Section 1345 (formerly part Reserve 8, Market Reserve), Town of Wellington, situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette 1982, page 380. S.O. Plan 18165.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ruahine Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Ruahine Pest Destruction Board, and revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—KIWITEA COUNTY

Naming of Reserve

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waitomo District Council on the 17th day of December 1981:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitomo District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
