  1. The Board of Governors of Methven High School shall
    be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education
    Board;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils
    attending the school;
    (d) One member elected by the members of the school
    committees of the Lauriston Primary School, the
    Lyndhurst Primary School, the Methven Primary
    School, the Springburn Primary School and Our
    Lady of the Snows School;
    (e) One member appointed by the Council of the University
    of Canterbury;
    (f) One member appointed by the Ashburton County
    Council.

  2. The Methven High School Board of Governors Order
    1969* is hereby revoked.

Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in the
Southland Acclimatisation District

The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the
notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 38, of
5 April 1982, at page 1146, relating to the open season for
game in certain acclimatisation districts is amended as follows:

In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the
Southland Acclimatisation District:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Flaxmere Licensing
    Trust Constitution Notice 1975, Amendment No. 1, and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of the Flaxmere
    Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1975† (hereinafter referred

  2. The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the
    Schedule, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule
    to this notice.

The Traffic (Manukau City-Manurewa Ward) Notice No. 1,
1982

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City-Manu-
rewa Ward) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas
pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Manukau City-Manurewa Ward) Notice
No. 1, 1981, dated the 30th day of June 1981†, issued pursuant
to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2)
of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

Situated within the Manurewa Ward of Manukau City:

Airfield Road: from a point 40 metres measured north-
easterly, generally, along the said road from Takanini School
