IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of THE STEEL CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, joint liquidator for The Steel Construction Co. Ltd., that creditors or claimants who have not filed proofs of debt with the liquidators in respect of their debts or claims against the company are required to ensure that such proofs of debt are in the hand of the liquidator by the 12th day of February 1982.
