City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Takapuna City Council, and
also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in
