Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 26th day of June 1981 and published
in New Zealand Gazette of the 2nd day of July 1982 at page
1811, declaring land taken for soil conservation and river
control purposes in Blocks III and VIII, Taylor Pass Survey
District, Marlborough County by deleting therefrom the
words “fifthly” and “sixthly” where they appear in paragraph
(a) of the said declaration and substituting the words
“sixthly, seventhly and eighthly”.
