Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1981 and published in Gazette 12 March 1981, No. 24 at page 563; declaring the land held for State housing purposes to be set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School and a Kindergarten in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for a State primary school and a kindergarten and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to an easement in gross in favour of the Lower Hutt City Council over part Lot 146, marked "F" on D.P. 48636 and together with a drainage easement right over part Lot 149, marked "C" on D.P. 48636 and yet to be created in easement certificate 336533.1 for a State primary school and pre-school, from and after the 28th day of January 1982.
