PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into the
leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto
held from Her Majesty the Queen by Earnscleugh Station
Limited under and by virtue of Pastoral lease No. P 143
recorded in certificate of title Volume 386, folio 69, Otago
Land Registry, is hereby taken for the generation of electricity
from and after the 28th day of January 1982.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land

of the mines of coal or other minerals under the surface of
the other part of section 9 hatched black on the plan shown
on certificate of title No. 82/66 (cancelled) as are not taken by
Proclamation 2004 for the generation of electricity (housing),
to be set apart for State housing purposes, from and after the
28th day of January 1982.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into
the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Underwood
Farm Limited, of Christchurch under and by virtue of Crown
lease in perpetuity under part III of “The Land Act, 1892”
No. 530 contained in certificate of title, Volume 14, folio 61,
Marlborough Land Registry; is hereby taken for Post Office
purposes (microwave station); and that the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held
from Her Majesty the Queen by Arthur Dennis Pitt Williams,
of Wellington, managing director, under and by virtue of
Crown lease in perpetuity under part III of “The Land Act,
1892” No. 326 contained in certificate of title, Volume 11,
folio 24, is hereby taken for Post Office purposes (microwave
station) from and after the 28th day of January 1982.
