IN the notice issued on the 9th day of December 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 17th day of December 1981, No. 151, page 3802, the name Charles Tohara Mahi should have read Charles Tohara Mohi.

Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Scenic purposes.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY TOENGA SCENIC RESERVE

229.1455 hectares, more or less, Sections 12A and 23, Block X, Gore Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by all Gazette notice 104401. S.O. Plans 976 and 4833.
