Deputy of the Governor-General

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to constitute and appoint:

The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, G.B.E., C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand,

to be Deputy of the Governor-General commencing at 8.03 a.m. on the 25th day of June 1982 and during the period of the temporary absence of the Governor-General from the seat of Government while visiting divers islands in the southern Pacific Ocean.

Dated at Wellington this 25th day of June 1982.
