Appointment of the Whakatane District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Whakatane District Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for roading purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Paparua County Council in Fee Simple

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for cultural and recreational purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the land shall vest in the Paparua County Council for an estate in fee simple and may be dealt with by the Council in such manner and for such purposes as the Council may determine.
