Vesting a Reserve in the Dunedin City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Dunedin City Council in trust for recreation purposes.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—DUNEDIN CITY

1.9804 hectares, more or less, being Section 72 (formerly part Sections 27 and 28, Block A1, Otakou Maori Reserve, and Section 69), Block II, Portobello Survey District. All transfer 264964 and part transfer 364690. S.O. Plan 16512. (All certificate of title 299/236. Limited cancelled and all certificate of title 4B/791 cancelled.)

1.9349 hectares, more or less, being Section 73 (formerly part Section 27, Block A1, Otakou Maori Reserve, and Section 70), Block II, Portobello Survey District. Part Gazette notice 249236 and part transfer 364690. S.O. Plan 16512. Subject to a water supply easement created by Proclamation 6915. (All certificate of title 4B/789 cancelled.)

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice, dated 2 February 1982, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 11 February 1982, No. 12, page 379, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the West Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Society Incorporated and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the West Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Society Incorporated and revokes the reservation as a reserve for an agricultural and pastoral society's showground, described in the Schedule hereto.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VII, Blackstone Survey District and Block II, St. Bathans Survey District Maniototo County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Maniototo County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
