Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the said stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title E2/1015.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block VI, Norsewood Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road now known as Suburban Section 232, Norsewood, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title F3/373, subject to agreement 282003 under section 50 of the Electricity Act 1968 and mortgage 401787.1.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Crown Land Set Apart for Post Office Purposes (Telephone Exchange) in Block II, Belmont Survey District, City of Porirua

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 13th day of May 1981 and published in Gazette, 21 May 1981, No. 62, at page 1425: declaring Crown land set apart for post office purposes (telephone exchange) in Block II, Belmont Survey District, City of Porirua, by omitting from the heading and from the fourth line, the words “Post Office purposes (telephone exchange)”, and substituting the words “State housing purposes”.

Declaring Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Ohaupo
