Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easements created by deeds No. 173870 (R. 122/262) and 178252 (R. 120/516) and, as to the land firstly described, to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 239003, South Auckland Land Registry for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, on the 24th day of June 1982.
