NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of June 1982, presented to the said Court by THE COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, the 7th day of July 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WE the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto and AUSTRALIAN TRAVEL SERVICES PACIFIC LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby certify that by registration of this Certificate we do hereby form and constitute a special partnership under the provisions of part II of The Partnership Act 1908, and do hereby further certify pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the said Act as follows:

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by the partnership is that of tour operators and travel agents.

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted is at the offices of the general partner, situated at Suite 1, Fourth Floor, 22 Emly Place, Auckland 1.

(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of the registration of this certificate and is to terminate on the 3rd day of June 1989.
