Revoking a Previous Notice and Declaring Land to be Road
in the City of Porirua

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice, dated the 19th day of July 1977, and published in the Gazette of 1 September 1977, No. 94, Volume III, at page 2389, and pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Porirua City Council.

PURSUANT to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the road hereby stopped is hereby acquired for a composite school on the 17th day of June 1982.
