Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block VIII, Motatau Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Bay of Islands County Council.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 941 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Motatau Survey District, being part Motatau No. 2, Section 49A4; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 54252, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
182.1085 hectares, more or less, being Section 12, Block IX, Linkwater Survey District, as shown on plan P27/8, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington (S.O. 688).

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Lake Sumner State Forest Park.

1872.5000 hectares, more or less, being Rural Section 41383, situated in Blocks VIII, XII, Marion Survey District, and Blocks V, IX, Skiddaw Survey District, as shown on plan L32/4, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington (S.O. Plan 15431).

Defining the Middle Line of Portions of the Timaru-Milton State Highway in the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, hereby declare that the middle line of portions of road desired to be constructed in the County of Vincent, viz., a relocation of the Timaru-Milton State highway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas shown shaded on S.O. Plan 20053 referred to in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
COMMENCING at a point on the north-western boundary of Section 22, Block XVIII, Leaning Rock Survey District, S.O. 16505 (C.T. 8C/315), a distance of 30 metres approximately along that boundary from the north-western corner of the said Section 22 and proceeding in a generally south-easterly direction for a distance of 8800 metres approximately, passing in, into, through or over the following land, viz:
Section 22, S.O. 16505 (C.T. 8C/315), Lot 1, D.P. 11578 (C.T. 8C/312), part Section 12 (generation of electricity GN 522153), Section 14 (generation of electricity GN 522153), Section 15 (generation of electricity GN 522153), part Section 13 (generation of electricity GN 522153), all within Block XVIII, Leaning Rock Survey District; part Run 221d (CL 386/70), Section 16 (generation of electricity GN 509035), Creek Reserve (Crown Land—no title), Water Race (Crown Land—no title), Section 17 (generation of electricity GN 509035), all within Block III, Leaning Rock Survey District; part Run 221d (CL 386/70) Block II, Leaning Rock Survey District and terminating at a point on the said Run Boundary a distance of 90 metres approximately from the north-eastern corner of Section 186, Block II, Leaning Rock Survey District (generation of electricity GN 557289) measured in a north-easterly direction along the said Run Boundary 221d.
ALL situated in Vincent County as the same is more particularly delineated on a plan numbered S.O. 20053, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
