NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 3 June at Auckland was 259.83 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 23.2 per cent for all wool sold at auction and nationally until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
BLENHEIM BOROUGH COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the above-named local authority, to raise a loan of $250,000 to be known as the Marlborough Civic Theatre Loan 1981, for the purpose of assisting in the financing of Stage I of the Marlborough Civic Theatre Project, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 1211
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 1795
The number of informal votes was 19
I therefore declare that the proposal was lost.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
DECLARATION AND DESIGNATION OF REGIONAL ROADS
NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 363 of the Local Government Act 1974, and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves:
- That the Authority is of the opinion that the roads or streets or parts thereof and other lands shown shaded on drawings Nos. 712216-01, 02, 03 and 712316-01—
(i) Form part or will form part of a system of arterial and regional traffic routes (including motorways or State highways) providing for through traffic movement and interconnecting or providing access to or discharge from important areas of traffic generation in the region; and
(ii) Are or will be of material advantage to the region as a whole or a substantial part thereof.
- That the road or streets or parts thereof whether actually constructed or not described in the First Schedule hereto and the other lands described in the Second Schedule hereto be declared and the same are hereby declared to be or to be required for the purposes of a regional road within the meaning and for the purposes of the said Act, the prior written consent of the National Roads Board under section 363 (3) of the said Act having been obtained and following prior consultation with the constituent authority for every constituent district within which the said roads and other lands or any part thereof are situated.

Wellington and One Tree Hill Boroughs in the North Auckland Registration District shown hatched on the authority’s drawings Nos. 712216-01, 02, 03 and 712316-01. The said roads or streets or portions thereof are shown in detail on the said plans, but a general description is as follows:
