Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Kaitieke, Tongariro and Ruapehu Survey Districts, Taumarunui County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road:
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that they shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
