PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in The Porirua City Council.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the electricity rights (in gross) over part, in favour of The Wellington City Council, created by transfer 640544 for a State primary school on the 10th day of June 1982.
