IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF THE PAKIRA LAND COMPANY LIMITED, a private company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at South British Group Building, Dalton Street, Napier.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 30th day of April 1982 confirming the reduction of capital of the above company from four hundred and fifty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($455,500.00) to ninety-two thousand five hundred dollars ($92,500.00) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of May 1982.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The amount of share capital of The Pakira Land Company Limited as altered by the order of the High Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is $92,500.00 divided into 92,500 shares of $1.00 each and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of $1.00 is deemed to be paid up on each share.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 34 (3)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Pacific Permanent Building Society, whose registered office is 26 Hobson Street, Auckland, desires to accept a transfer of engagements from the Onehunga Perpetual Land Building and Investment Society and that the society, first named in this paragraph, has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in the manner described by the Building Societies Act 1965.
The above-mentioned application will be heard on the 2nd day of July 1982.
Any person wishing to be heard on the said application should apply by letter to the Registrar of Building Societies, Government Life Insurance Building, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, at least 7 days before the date of the hearing.

CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE
PURSUANT to section 44D (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1954 and pursuant to section 4 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, an order for confiscation of a motor vehicle was made in the Wanganui High Court on 11 May 1982 in respect of a 1973 Ford Cortina motorcar, registration No. GK 8539.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 27 May 1982 at Dunedin was 261.80 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 22.2 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 27th day of May 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
