TAKE notice that I, Marilyn Jean Firmin of Wanganui, nurse, formerly called Marilyn Jean Griffiths, have absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Marilyn Jean Griffiths, by virtue of a Deed Poll executed on the 3rd day of June 1981, such Deed Poll having been deposited in the office of the Registrar General at Lower Hutt, New Zealand, so that I may henceforth be known and referred to by my assumed name Marilyn Jean Firmin; and I declare that I shall at all time henceforth in all actions, proceedings, dealings and transactions, and upon all occasions use and subscribe the name assumed by that Deed and I hereby expressly authorise and request all persons at all times henceforth to designate and address me by my said assumed full name of Marilyn Jean Firmin accordingly.

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, Link Resorts Ltd. on the 26th day of May 1982 passed a resolution for a creditors voluntary winding up and the appointment of the official assignee as provisional liquidator and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at the Link Centre, 15 Albert Street, Auckland 1, on Tuesday, the 8th day of June 1982, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon.
