Appointment of Deputy Member of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Real Estate Agents Act 1976, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint

Part-time secretary of Ngahinapour, to be a member of the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board, as deputy to Emily Alice Wylic during the absence of the said Emily Alice Wylic.

The appointment of Waldemar Kenneth Svend Christiansen, University Lecturer of Auckland, as a deputy member of the Board is hereby revoked. (New Zealand Gazette, 6 May 1982, No. 50, page 1497 refers).

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 29th day of September 1980, published in the Gazette of 9 October 1980, No. 118, at page 2990, declaring land taken for agricultural purposes (Northland Agricultural and Research and Advisory Centre) in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:
