Land Acquired, Subject as to Parts to Mining Rights, for the Purposes of a Road in the Borough of Huntly

In the declaration with the above heading published in New Zealand Gazette of 6 May 1982, No. 50, at page 1498, for the thirdly described read

“430 Lot 22, D.P. 7648, and being portion of Allotment 1, Parish of Taupiri. Excepting thereout all coal, fireclay, and other minerals in upon or under the said land. All certificate of title, Volume 606, folio 233.”

which words and figures appear in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke item 1 of the Schedule attached to the warrant published on the 10th day of January 1957* notifying and declaring an area of land to be a Wildlife Refuge.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of April 1982.

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block III, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in The Bay of Islands County Council.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block III, Punakitere Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on the plans lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Defining the Harbour Limits of Rangaunu Harbour

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of May 1982

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. D. S. THOMSON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the harbour limits of Rangaunu as described in the Schedule hereto and revokes so much of the Order in Council of 11 October 1926* which defined the harbour limits of Awanui, and also revokes so much of the Order in Council of 20 November 1868† which defined the harbour limits of Houhora (also known as Ohora) and Rangaunu.

SCHEDULE

ALL of the tidal waters within Rangaunu Bay, enclosed by a line from high water mark ordinary spring tide at the northern extremity of Perforated Point thence in a direction of 082° true to the northernmost point of Moturoa Islands, thence in a direction of 099° true to the northernmost point of Rocky
