Reservation of Land and Vesting in The Waitemata City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in The Waitemata City Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of a Declaration That Private Land Shall be a Private Historic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the notice published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 56, 5 September 1968, Volume III, page 1530, declaring that the private land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a private historic reserve. This notice shall be deemed to have taken effect as from 6 May 1981.
