NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 30th day of April 1982, presented to the said Court by LEONE JOAN BROWN of Christchurch, widow; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 16th day of June 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

ORDER FOR CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE
SECTION 44b CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT 1954
WHEREAS on the 2nd day of April 1982 Shane Leslie Cairns of 208 Burt Street, Dunedin, unemployed labourer, was convicted in the District Court, Dunedin, of driving whilst disqualified (third conviction).
It is hereby ordered that a 1972 Suzuki motorcycle registered number 862WK be confiscated pursuant to section 44 of the Criminal Justice Act 1954.
And it is further ordered that you surrender the said motorcycle to the Officer in Charge, Central Police Station at Dunedin, at 12 noon on 19 April 1982, who will then deliver the vehicle into the custody of the Registrar of the District Court, Dunedin, for public auction by the Registrar.
