(d) The general nature of the business which was transacted by the partnership is that of rug manufacturer, and
(i) To carry on all or any of the businesses of manufacturers of, buyers and sellers of, importers and exporters of, wholesale and retailers in, repairers, cleaners, designers, storers and warehouses of carpets, rugs, floor coverings and furnishings of all kinds.
(ii) To carry on the business of manufacturers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, wholesale and retail dealers, warehouses of cotton, woollen, silk and yarns and all kinds of leathers, rubbers, and waterproof goods and articles manufactured therefrom including drapes, footwear, floor cloths and table cloths, clothing, wall plaques and in the course of such businesses to act for such persons as agent, mercantile agent, factor, broker and commercial representative in all various branches.
and such other business as may from time to time seem to the partners as convenient or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the partnership.
(e) The principal place at which the business has been transacted is at the registered office of the general partner at 31 Allright Place, Mount Wellington.
