Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken,
in Block I, Piako Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in
The Waikato County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to
be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “B” and “F” on the plan
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of

title No. 10A/1208, subject to memoranda of mort-
gage Nos. S.312204, S.594855 and H.080354.1, South
Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas marked “E” and “K” on the plan
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of

title, Volume 47, folio 231, subject to memoranda of
mortgage Nos. S.475783 and H.358583.2, South Auck-
land Land Registry.

(iii) The area marked “N” on the plan shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 496, folio 293, subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. H.007232, South Auckland Land
Registry.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and declares
that:

(i) The areas marked “J” and “L” on the plan
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of

title, Volume 47, folio 231, subject to memoranda of
mortgage Nos. S.475783 and H.358583.2, South Auck-
land Land Registry.

(ii) The area marked “Q” on the plan shall be ami-
gamated with the land in certificate of title No.
10A/1208, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos.
S.312204, S.594855, and H.080354.1, South Auckland
Land Registry.

(iii) The area marked “O” on the plan shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 496, folio 293, subject to memorandum of
mortgage No. H.007232, South Auckland Land
Registry.

Declaring Crown Land and Land Held for a Roadman’s
Cottage to be Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in
Block XVI, Piako Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access
road which, pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act
1981, has become road, limited access road and State highway.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired for the purposes of a road on the 13th day of May
1982.
