Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of December 1981, published in Gazette No. 146 of 10 December 1981 at page 3724 proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the words "and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Percy Leonard Rickard of Puketaha, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 173814 and statutory land charge S. 56182, South Auckland Land Registry" and by omitting the Second Schedule thereto.

Land Acquired for Road in Block VIII, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Whangarei County Council on the 13th day of May 1982.
