PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described

by Transfer 238778, and as to the land thirdly described to

Auckland Land Registry, for the purposes of a road on the

1981 and published in Gazette, 22 October 1981, No. 122,
at page 2914; declaring land taken for road in Block VII,
