Classification and Naming of Reserve and Appointment of the
Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and
Manage said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, pursuant to
Section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said
reserve shall hereafter be known as the Robertson Range
Scenic Reserve and further, appoints the Marlborough Sounds
Maritime Park Board to control and manage the said reserve,
subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Kiwitea County
Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown

travelling stock), and vests the said reserve in the Kiwitea
County Council in trust for that purpose.
