IN the matter of RUSSELL CHURCH OF ENGLAND
BUILDING FUND:

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Part IV of the
Charitable Trusts Act 1957, approval of the Attorney-General
is given to the following scheme:

  1. The Russell Church of England Building Fund raised
    between 1911 and 1914 by public subscription for the purposes
    of "Building a small church at Russell, Bay of Islands, to
    commemorate the life and work of the early missionary
    pioneers, clergy and lay, to the Bay of Islands and adjacent
    parts, where the gospel was first preached in New Zealand"
    and held by the General Trust Board of the Diocese of Auck-
    land shall be held and applied from and after the date on
    which the scheme is approved on the following terms in lieu
    of the present trust.

  2. To pay both the capital and income to the Vestry of
    the Bay of Islands Parochial District to be used as it thinks
    fit for the benefit of the Church at Russell and the
    Parishioners of the Bay of Islands Parochial District and for
    the purpose of the maintenance, restoration, painting, fumiga-
    tion and timber treatment of Christ Church, Russell.

  3. The reasonable costs and expenses of the Trustee and the
    Attorney-General of and incidental to the preparation of this
    scheme and the consideration thereof by the Attorney-General
    shall be paid out of the Trust Fund.

and further that the said approval of the Attorney-General
and Scheme may be inspected at my office between the hours
of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the days my office is required to
be open to the public.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED,
a company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered
office at Auckland:

Notice is hereby given that the Order of the High Court
of New Zealand dated the 30th day of March 1982, confirming
the setting free for distribution of the sum of Twenty-Three
Million, Five Hundred and Ninety-Three Thousand, Nine
Hundred and Thirty-Two Dollars ($23,593,932) (such sum
being in addition to the sums of Fifteen Million Dollars
($15,000,000), Twenty-Two Million Dollars ($22,000,000) and
Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) set free for distribution
pursuant to Orders of this Honourable Court made on the
28th day of June 1976, 1st day of February 1979 and 1st day
of December 1981 (respectively), being part of the moneys
standing to the credit of the share premium account in the
books of the company as at the 31st day of December 1981
and the distribution of such amount from the share premium
account and the minute approved by the Court showing with
respect to the capital of the said company and with respect
to the share premium account as altered the several particulars
required by the above-mentioned Act and by the Court were
registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on
the 16th day of April 1982.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"That the share premium account of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS
LIMITED as at the 31st day of December 1981, was in credit
in the sum of $56,564,177 in the books of the Company and
by special resolution of the company, passed on the 19th day
of March 1982 and duly confirmed by an Order of the High
Court. It was resolved that $23,593,932 being part of the said
sum (such sum being in addition to the sums of Fifteen
Million Dollars ($15,000,000), Twenty-Two Million Dollars
($22,000,000) and Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) set free
for distribution pursuant to Order of this Honourable Court
made on the 28th day of June 1976, 1st day of February 1979
and 1st day of December 1981 (respectively), be set free for
distribution in cash to the holders from time to time of the
shares in the capital of the company at such intervals and by
a series of payments of such amounts as the directors of the
company shall from time to time determine. Notwithstanding
the aforesaid special resolution at the date of registration of
this minute the authorised capital of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS
LIMITED is $150,000,000 divided into 100,000,000 ordinary
shares of $1 each and 50,000,000 shares of $1 each of no
classification the classification thereof to be determined at
the time of issue and the issued capital of the company is
$94,550,995 divided into 94,550,995 ordinary shares of $1 each
all of such issued shares being fully paid."

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 23 April at Napier
was 259.46 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary
minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis),
the specified percentage for supplementation will be 23.3
percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for
privately sold wool from and including the 23rd day of April
1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale
to be held.
