NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 15th day of March 1982, presented to the said Court
by H. R. WARMAN LIMITED, duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland, furniture manu-
facturer; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 11th day of May
1982 at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or
contributory of the said company desirous to support or to
oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

TAKE notice, that I, the undersigned liquidator of the above-
named company intend to apply to the High Court at
Rotorua on the 11th day of May 1982 at 9.30 o’clock in the
forenoon for an order releasing me from my administration
of the property of the company and for an order dissolving
the company.

A summary of all receipts and payments in the winding-
up is hereunto annexed.

that “An order of the Court releasing the liquidator shall
discharge him from all liability in respect of any act done

liquidator, but any such order may be revoked on proof that
it was obtained by fraud or by suppression or concealment
of any material fact”.
