ASCOT CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD.
(PURSUANT TO THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, SECTION 346 (1))

ON 23 April 1982, John Burns and Co. Ltd, and United Concrete Ltd, appointed as receivers and managers of all the property of Ascot Construction Co. Ltd., Anthony Walpole Bowden and Neil Graham Impey, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, whose address is care of Bowden, Impey and Sage, Parnell House, 430 Parnell Road, Auckland.

The appointment was made pursuant to powers contained and implied by law in a debenture dated 11 August 1980 and issued to them by Ascot Construction Co. Ltd.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking, goodwill and assets and all the real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, and includes the company’s unpaid calls and uncalled capital for the time being and all its stock-in-trade, plant, machinery, implements, fixtures, fittings, shares, book debts and furniture.
