Revocation of Appointments to Control and Manage Reserves and Appointment of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association to control and manage the reserves for education (pre-school) purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for education (pre-school) purposes.

The Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1982—Hawke’s Bay County Council

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1982.

(b) This notice shall come into force 14 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette and shall remain in force until further notice in the Gazette.

  1. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, the area of water described in the First Schedule hereto shall be exempted from Regulations 7 (1) (a) and (b), 7 (2), 8 (1) (a) and (b) and 8 (2) of the Water Recreation Regulations 1979 for the term of this notice excepting thereout each Sunday between the hours of sunrise and 12 noon and each Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 5 p.m. and 12 midnight.

  2. Notice is hereby given that the Water Recreation (Clive River) Notice 1981† is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area of water of the Clive River extending from its source to the sea.

SECOND SCHEDULE

  1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this notice, no person who is permitted by any such provisions to propel or navigate a small craft at a speed through the water exceeding 5 knots shall do so in any manner that is likely to endanger or unduly annoy any person who is in, on, or using the water, or fishing, or undertaking any recreational activity in the vicinity of the small craft.

  2. All persons in charge of a vessel shall adhere to and keep the provisions of all Acts and regulations not specifically exempt by this notice.

  3. A suitable notice as may be approved by the Regional Marine Officer, Ministry of Transport, Wellington, shall be erected at sites deemed necessary by the Regional Marine Officer.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Waikato Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee on 18 December 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Waingaro Hot Springs Hotel.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10.30 in the evening.

(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

Approved Woolmarking Preparation—(Notice No. 2805, Ag. 6/8/2/3)

PURSUANT to sections 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, under section 10 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the said sections 69 and 94, the Director, Animal Health Division, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby gives notice that the woolmarking preparations set out in the Schedule hereto (the products of Lumina Ltd., Waipahi) are approved for sale and general use in marking wool on sheep.

SCHEDULE

SPRAYLINE Hydrocarbon, red, purple. Ewe-Line-Greasy tupping crayons, orange, green.
